Even the other American company has an address which is a mail box shop in a small mall, and their website is hosted in the Ukraine, this alone should have set off alarm bells. Now people are panic selling when it does not change the prospects of the company or it's assets, which is a strange way of investing if you believe in your own research.

Doriemus is/was one of the worst run companies on AIM, the bod took it to NEX and now you have to trade on ASX, the only people who made loads of money were the rubbish board, who kept granting themselves options at lower and lower prices, and Lenigas, so not a worth quoting them.

I had the same thinking, but under 80 seemed such a bargain that I topped as never going to guess the bottom, and in the long run I don't think a few pence will matter by the end of the year. Of course you could always invest half your money now and the other half after financing.
