I don’t think LC is done with raping Kibo just yet.

Kibo may well be a £5m mcap back end of 2021 but will have twice as many shares.

Imo if Kibo isn’t delisted next year the share price will be half what it is now - and that being kind.

LC is sneaky. He had left it too late over at Kibo to increase the authorised share capital without shareholder revolt. Shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted springs to mind.

Arranging the increase now before decimating the share price with placing after placing will be easier and not met with the same shareholder disgust here as it did over at Kibo.

LC will only ever act in the best interest of himself.
