Multiple gold nuggets and gold pieces in bedrock discovered in first few days of maiden exploration programme at Black Hills  Greatland Gold plc (AIM: GGP), the precious and base metals exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that multiple pieces of gold have been recovered from surface in the first few days of field work at its 100% owned Black Hills licence in the Paterson region of Western Australia.  Further to the announcement of 18 June 2018, field work commenced earlier this week at the Black Hills licence. The field team commenced work at the Saddle Reefs area collecting rock chip samples and locating historical access. Their observations reveal the area is obviously prospective with numerous indications of mineralisation in bedrock. Gossanous samples have been collected from outcrop and gold nuggets have been found within thin sand cover at the prospect. Primary gold mineralisation has also been located in bedrock where gold pieces in rock chip samples are present. These finds are significant considering the short time field crews have been active at the site. Only 150 metres of strike at Saddle Reefs has been covered so far and the remaining several hundred metres will be traversed over the next week. Rock chip samples are being collected and will be analysed with standard chemical assay techniques, and a further update will be provided in due course.  A photo of recently collected samples, including gold pieces in bedrock and gold nuggets, from the Black Hills licence can be found under the 'Black Hills' section of the Paterson project page on the Company's web site at www.greatlandgold.com/paterson/.

Armard I am not deramping here but have been in these situations before they can now wait up to 20days and pick the the 3 lowest days average so they may not start converting straight away I hope they do so they can shift these before September.

Armada no offence but I think you missed out the 20 day period lets see how quick they start converting. The Convertible Bonds are convertible into ordinary shares of MySQUAR at a price equal to the average of the lowest three days volume weighted average price determined over the twenty trading days immediately prior to receipt of a conversion notice by the Company from the Investor. Â

just one question there is no strike price which means they can convert lower and lower why didn't they do a straight equity raise? They could of even used Primary bid to get this away.

Well the directors have a lot to prove to shareholders lets see if they can do it.

I added a few more yesterday the way I see it if the news is good you won't be able to buy down here if there is a placing to support the deal I can't see it being below 0.017 so risk reward I would rather scale in now and save some cash back for whichever outcome. Either way the downside is minimal at this stage. If they do have a placing it will be ramped to high heaven.

Regardless of what Bmd says or doesn't say listen to the podcasts and interviews they are trying to turn this company around for the share holders and them selves obviously. Don't suppose Lombard are too happy about the price being down here either. If you actually listen to the podcast at about 13 mins in that was in March he said that they have already been working for four months on getting into other projects so that is now 7 months of dd. Chart wise this is incredibly low so do you buy now before they announce in an rns or do you wait for the rns choice is yours. D.I.Y. research.

Dshox please read the rns warrants are at 1.86 the conversions are on the same deal terms as the last deal its there in black and white. fundraising of £2.11m through the creation and issuance of Convertible Bonds, with denomination of £10,000 each, which bear a coupon of five per cent per annum and have a maturity date of two years from the date of issuance (the "Maturity Date") (the "Convertible Bonds"). The Convertible Bonds are issued at 90 per cent of face value.

well this is going to go well not. double dip funding more churn, acquisition is good but why didn't raise the money by a normal equity raise is beyond me.
