Shorts will be fried if a bid comes in can you imagine being short and then a suspension rns hits pending an announcement that is going to hurt.

An offer can come at anytime regardless if we have permits or not remember Cad bid last time with out permits. Colin has said there are others interested with a longer term view. Either way we have approx about 6 week wait until the end of September to get the permits, so do you buy now and wait or do you wait and try and jump in on rns day? Regardless of what you think of Colin he has been with Ast for years. I personally think Coin has gone part time because he knows a buy out is coming. IMHO DIY

We all know they will need funding but what we want to know is are the parties going to do a jv or are they going to buy us out once we get the permit, or are they going to come in before the permit? They aren't in the data room for the fun of it.
