Maybe he wants to take it private or maybe he is expecting a take over in the future doesn't strike me as fishy though. That is a lot of cash to spend out.

VCB2 why on earth would you tell people when you are buying if you are trying to get a big position makes no sense to me surely you would want them as cheap as you can?
