If everything ran smoothly at the plant there really wouldn't be a problem servicing the debt would there? How much could they sell the asset for today? Bit more than 12 million I would say.

Sham the lenders have been very supportive as far as I can see it is down to the management to find a way to restructure the debt with a third party they have the asset to do so.
