As others have mentioned following the Schurter agreement and holdings announcement the price fell for the next 2 or 3 months until the placing. Why did they not wait until the placing?

Schurter did buy on the open market. They must have known a placing was coming ? I imagine they would want to see the books before the MOU. Seems strange. Its just speculation. I thrive on it lol.
