The biggest trick Lars and Cooley played was taking major equity stakes as a defensive cover from a take over. I add Lars because that little Viking knowsthe framework for a buyout.

The last 2 funding rounds are interesting.

You have to understand that private equity bought Schurter, they want to float an IPO at some point. That is what CAPVIS do.

Being in a major supply chain would cost a lot. They don't mess around but I think those numbers would be achieveable pre profit in the States.

I think the buy out number would be in that area.

its hard to value. i would do on potential and fcf. i would say 2/300 million based on design wins. but that is just me throwing **** out there.

Because hindsight is a wonderful thing I often ask myself why I didn't sell at 14p like the Newlands and buy back at 1.3p. Always thought 20p was achievable but have no idea where this will end up now after the latest raise resulting in 716m shares in issue other than believing that if they can win some of that huge market share/pipeline and win the court case I should make a decent profit.
