The results of the voting should be known by the end of the day, would expect TETE to issue the news first though, so might see an RNS tomorrow morning.

As others have said with the board recommendations yo vote for everything it's pretty much confirmed.

The MMs are likely to play games today trying to get weak sellers out before a move back up later. Should hover around 10p until all boxes ticked and then move on up.

Looking further into this link to the cst proxy site, it appears that this is just recording the board recommendations and when reading the document attached it states:

"Telephone and Internet voting facilities for shareholders of record will be available 24 hours a day until 11:59 p.m.

Eastern Time on March 30, 2026. After that, telephone and Internet voting will be closed, and if you want to vote your

shares, you will either need to ensure that your proxy card is received before the date of the extraordinary general

meeting or attend the extraordinary general meeting to vote your shares online."

Which suggests that voting is actually still ongoing, and a resolution will not be available until tomorrow.

So it might be a mid afternoon RNS tomorrow.

It does look pretty nailed on that this will all pass with no issues.

It also looks like MBO was ready to explode on the announcement as the SP went up sharply after that link was posted. But it's dropped a bit as it's not the final vote and there's no RNS yet.

I can see this opening up tomorrow and pushing higher on anticipation, with a drop as weak traders exit again.

When an RNS with the final vote comes is when the real movement upwards will begin.

Without being in the TETE EGM it's hard to tell, but it could just be impatience from traders expecting the update at 14:00 when that was never going to happen.

Sometimes you time it well, other times it's a wait.

Personally had my best getting in HE1 at 0.25 when it went from 0.17 up to 2-3p very quickly.

But had some right stinkers as well (like MSMN back when I started).

This looks like it's going in the right direction now, so hopefully make some good gains here, and although you disagree Bunsen I'm still hopeful that PYX will come good soon.

To get back to £1.9 that would mean a Mcap of around £36.34m

Doesn't sound impossible long term, but might take a while.

Seems to be a few buys coming in, but still showing 16 bid and 18 ask atm.

Needs a bit more volume to move the price up.

Could take a few days, but definitely looks to have turned around now those big sells got through.
