Yes but many companies have huge debts but the key is who can service the debt. Yes it does have an effect on the balance sheet but we all know as soon interest rates look to be falling these types of shares will move rapidly actually the market tends to move months before in anticipation.

Amazingly the brokers and analysts were recommending these shares at over £2-3 a few years ago knowing inflation would push up interest rates so where have they all gone!!!.

When these shares like house builders turn and double they’ll come out of the woodwork and say you should have bought low but it’s not too late.

Recently seen it in Rolls Royce etc.

Now they’re saying you should buy at over £2.00 when they recommended selling at 50p.

This should never be so discounted. The debt is the reason but it can service the debt. Diesel and petrol price have fallen recently since highs over a year ago. Investing in electric buses. It’s just silly really in my opinion why it’s so cheap. Look at rolls Royce which fell to 50p and now over £2. The tide will turn soon and these type of stocks will look cheap and people be scrambling to get a decent dividend return

The problem is the people who bought at lows will gladly dump with up to 5x bagger. The LTHs are stuck unless news comes and a huge spike.

This ain’t just Mode though it’s the same for many stocks.. not sure bitcoin has any bearing now they give up that avenue to conserve cash.

5 year chart down nearly 80%!. That’s so crazy

I think the three month chart is suggesting a £1 target so I’m not worrying. It went to nearly £4 in lockdown.

Absolutely crazy undervalued even with the debt which can be serviced with government subsidies

I actually bought yesterday and some this morning but did have some around £1. It’s truly oversold.

I think the union ain’t helped with a demand for 18% pay rise but then they would argue it’s a result of the government

I understand that feeling and at the moment I guess many are down 60-70% in this to be honest I believe it will be back above £1 shortly and over £2 Inca few years

For what it’s worth all of us just have opinions and reasons for each individual one. I still maintain its well undervalued but wouldn’t be surprised if it fell further or suddenly jumped 10-20%. This the market we are in. The BOE are killing companies with higher interest to pay on debt.

Yes but now Mode is effectively a shell! I’m just asking how it will get more money to do anything. Is it a momentum play

So enough money for one year.. so I guess and just a guess that they will raise money by way of diluting the shares if price continues to rise!.

I think QBT has definitely made significant progress but as in all these things it takes time. How much time is the problem because in the time frame a lot of people have lost money and given up. That said if FG produces the goods and contracts follow then it will move North rapidly but if can be a very long word in this market. I still believe he can deliver but I is even longer sometimes..

One thing missed us the fact that a nearly 20% pay rise is certain to impact balance sheet.

The company caved in easily showing unions they are in a weak position. This will come back to bite them I think.

This definitely getting cheap. Incredible to think it was once over £12 per share.

It’s definitely rising and will definitely add to revenue but we will be short at interim results however we could see a surge between interims and end of year results.

That said we need a plan to get new products moving.

Follow through weren’t as great as expected yesterday so as for share price who knows.

Interesting to see if Directors but after interim.

Also when we as LTHs first invested at much higher prices we all new that Covid revenue was a temporary revenue stream!. However it’s actually turned out no so temporary as Covid is obviously going to be around along time which experts are saying in the many articles produced. Yes it will have peaks and troughs though and probably become seasonal.

That said if we all new or expected revenue falls and still invested where did we think the capital to expand would come from!.

I was always grateful that we don’t and haven’t needed further funding so I’m happy for the company to fulfill its strategy without me putting extra cash or any new shares needed which signals a healthy financial situation in a rising interest environment which will inevitably cause many good companies to fold.

Cash is king and debt free is nice for me.

I do agree that we also need positive news and results despite Covid revenue fall as expected.

As positive would be guidance and if Covid does become more wide spread as winter it will benefit MHC financially.

I’m looking for news on contracts and actually expect new products to be added.

I also expect news on a buyback.

Don’t expect a dividend as capita is being reinvested which is a good thing if and only if the investment turns out to increase future revenue streams!

Thanks for the words but I’ve always remained positive but also clear and honest. Risks are attached as with all Aim stocks.

My personal belief is The wellness market will increase as NHS gets further stretched.

Does dependancy on Covid make it a bad investment!

I actually don’t believe this because we all new from the start that the Covid revenue was a means to allow the expansion and new products without the need for further capital injection. This makes it attractive to me me as it signal self sufficient and no share dilution and further capital required from ordinary investors.

I hope they can utilise the revenue to their advantage and able to create demand for the new products via many channels. Financially even though revenue will fall we must note they have developed over 20 tests so this not to be over looked as not significant because it has always been part of the strategy.

I think they need to do better with marketing and take advantage of the HIW approval from wales which opens the door to allow GPs to use the tests. I do believe and hope they can announce a contract moving forward as this would be a huge revenue booster and game changer.
