Just listened to the podcast and its really interesting. She’s very honest and open a the direction of the business

During the resent investor meeting the Chairman was asked about his intentions to purchase shares. His
Response was to say he intended to purchase shares
As soon as he was able to do so.

Now the results are out the closed period has gone so no excuses. The recent drop would have been a perfect opportunity to buy in and restore confidence.
After all Henry Spain bought shares a lot higher recently so unless the Directors are unable to for other reasons I would hold them to there comments at the investors meeting.

They will tighten lending to cool inflation. Then have no choice to drop interest rates quickly to get the market moving again to try a head off recession. Seen it all in every downturn. What other formula is there to tackle inflation!. House prices falling is the aim of the government to help first time buyers.
The best way to achieve the objective would be to reduce capital gains and then landlords would sell and create more supply than demand then the prices fall and real aim achieved.
It’s simple really

People prepared to pay up to 2.18p and then comes a few small sells to bring it down. You can’t keep the genie in the bottle for long

These went to 7p on a wing and a prayer. We now know that facts and figures and they’re at 2p.
Fundamentals are getting stronger and products ready to launch any day soon.
New members to the board who will want to prove their worth.
Also as I always say I’m long term and don’t really worry about short term swings. All great growth stories have wild swings but with MHC the long term I see as upwards.
Once I beat my return on a bank account over the year I’m happy. I’d sooner invest I a company that is growing and making money with potential than a company that is rising in hope. There’s a lot of them on the stock market.
Most importantly know your own personal time frame.
I’m in for years so hopefully I will see a good return over years

I assure you the sell showing at 2.07p is a buy as it’s mine

Just tried to buy another £10,000 and it’s saying 2.13p even for £1,000. I am hoping for another £10,000 under2.10p . The selling price must rise soon

Just brought £2,000 at 2.07p. Anything more and I had to pay 2.13p. I feel there’s very little left at these prices. We will see

I will be amazed if that 180,000 unknown transaction is not a Director or something to do with Henry Spain investments.
This more than explains the drop but given the prices at the time it’s clear it was a buy and all the recent purchases via Henry Sp as in have come through unknown.
I expect an announcement soon if I’m correct. If I’m wrong then someone has placed a large buy.

I actually think today represents a good buying opportunity. Risk reward looking favourable but only my assessment

The buying price is rising so all good. Need the selling price to rise to narrow the spread and take us to the next level.

Could do with the Directors buying some shares to underpin the rise and create momentum
