My apologies if I miss understood but yours points are totally valid and I also believe they need to release news or new products to steady the share price. It’s quite possible we head lower before we pick up without news. The results offered little other than what we new. I think MHC could be a positive Covid story if they execute the next phase of the growth strategy promptly. This could also flop with delays however I don’t expect this. The Russian war, rising costs and inflation are all having a negative effect on all sectors other than energy and fuel stocks. This will change but when!. Most people are losing all gains made over the previous two years and could be forced to liquidate positions. The sad thing is when it feels that way it usually the time things turn around.Sods law!. I hope we get something really positive to bring back confidence because MHC does have a great board in a bad stock market. The board have a chance to make a statement for a rerate but will they cease the opportunity. That’s my worry but trying to keep faith and hope long term investors are rewarded. It’s quite possible to see us hit 1.5p to sell unless we get news. I hope not but the charts suggest it’s possible with out news. Good luck and stay positive.

I understand what your saying it’s totally valid however I don’t share your view the board would want a quick exit. I could be wrong but they’ve delivered on many fronts and especially the contracts with Boots and Lloyds. The share price has fallen back which could easily be attributed to news from the USA etc and also lack of news regarding forward guidance and new products. I believe the next update will clarify this however my concern is we don’t get the new products released soon and confidence may erode, However the Chairman said the new products will be released this month so I hope that’s true.
In any event we have a lot of cash and a board with vision and I don’t believe they would look for an exit plan. They have grown via buy out strategy and I could we’ll see this continuing or I see consolidation in the sector has pure Covid plays struggle. I also like you have a large share holding and value your views equally. We all want a positive outcome but this month will be crucial to the future of MHC. I truly hope they seize the opportunity and launch the new products ASAP.

How do people see the USA dropping requirements for testing effecting us. Also will the rest of the world follow!. I would hope not but it’s a strong possibility. I just hope we launch the new products but it’s going to be difficult to make revenues that’s Covid testing has made I think. However I could be wrong and the new products could be a winner. They are needed now more than ever.

I believe the Chairman implied the products would be released this month and AGM on the 30th so let’s be hopeful of news. We have to believe the board have got the products ready otherwise it would be disappointing. I would also like news on existing product sales. The markets probably need reassurance of existing revenue. MHC must reassure the markets and investors who have continued to support them. It’s a responsibility of the board to ensure shareholders value isn’t eroded through lack of communication and any responsible Chairman should realise this.

Will be interesting to see how the market reacts to what was clearly an 115k buy after hours.
Either way UKOG have clearly got the opportunity to move forward now the government have given them approval. Some clearly believes in UKOG to place such a large buy. Hopefully the positive News continues and a new bull run is formed. Good luck all.

You said it yourself the Chairman said new products this month so I think impatient is the word. You state a small company should be quicker off the mark!. Well from £50,000 to 16m turnover is quick for me. From a pregnancy product to multiple products this month is also quick. Yes we all wanted news today but not long left. I would also have liked more news but we never had bad news which is also good news I think. These may never get to previous highs or they could surpass them. We won’t know if we don’t believe and trust in the board. They’ve done well up to now so deserve credit I feel.

Do you think they would put out figures for them to un substantiated. We are still selling covid tests and Boots and Lloyds clearly happy to promote and sell our products. Sorry I think we’re in a much more healthy place. Just need Penny to update on guidance regarding new products but she’ll have to speak soon enough I’m sure.
I do agree however that they could have said more but at this point we are in a healthy place I think

Everyone’s point is valuable but as a long term holder why would one consider profit taking if your long term and believe in the strategy. Also a small company that grows so rapidly and on the verge on diversifying into lucrative sectors isn’t a dying company but rather a growing one. 2.7m EBITDA and many many needing cash calls whilst we have over 6m and continuing revenue. Whilst we all wish for a 20-30% rise I’m happy and we continue to deliver which is testimony to the board who move from a pregnancy test company to an expanding one.
I feel your correct as regards it was an opportunity to capitalise on new products but we know that’s coming so patience is needed.
All views are valued though but i viewed this as a buying opportunity and made a top up.
Hopefully I’m correct but who knows for sure

Many people in the Uk are struggling and many still doing well. The thing is MHC is going to be offering a service for people wishing to improve there health. I seriously think will be huge but also please don’t say Covid is over. That’s truly pathetic. I think you forget our revenues continue whilst fit to fly tests etc are required. Don’t see these going any time soon so happy with MHC. Just. Need news on products and today we never fell as some thought so I guess the big boys see a positive MHC

Many weren’t sure about revenue when Covid testing was relaxed and we’ve delivered the verdict. New products in progress. Let’s see when the products are released and Covid ain’t gone away.

EBITDA of 2.7m from a loss previously. Cash over 6m.
In a bear market. Think a lot of companies would take that.

Time to shine for MHC I think

Whatever happens tomorrow will be massive. Hopefully we deliver but so strange we haven’t heard anything regarding new products prior to results. Anyway tomorrow is another day
