I sold out most around £1.35 ish because didn’t like the strike etc however this will bounce and I’ll be back buying shortly but now isn’t the moment to catch the falling knife for me.
I hope it does bounce for all invested but the chart could get ugly

After your post regarding closed period I’ve contacted MHC and can reassure you last years results were in June so expect this years in June. Closed period is usually the month before results to my understanding so I don’t believe we are in closed period.
On that note this leads me to make an assumption the only explanation for Directors not buying at ultra low prices given their previous buys around 1.7-1.8p in 2022 is because news is incoming shortly.
They are unable to buy if they are privileged to news under stock market rules.
However what the news could be we can speculate but it’s clear the resolution was passed to buyback shares or possibly a dividend.
New contracts and new products with also so I expect news very shortly but MHC said that in the last update in January

Your original buy in price is even closer

In 2022 when we were just under £1,00 I put my neck out on line and called it down to 10p and many as expected thought I was crazy.
When it was below 10p I made it clear that anything under 10p was a great buy in price for recovery.
The last results were mixed and didn’t really offer much so followed the sell off.
I’m calling 20p based on the Lower uptrend line coupled with a muted set of results.
Longer term say next year I think these will be back above 40p

Each and everyone to themselves but given the swing from yesterdays highs to lows I can see many who didn’t see an overnight stabilisation in the markets keen to get back in.
I’m calling us up today and actually believe we could easily return back to to 2p swiftly which could become new support. The court wins are 100% positive ms fully understand some taking profits but the key and flip side not to get caught out and locked out by the bounce back because you expected lower buy in prices.
As many have also stated it’s easily possible to get a further update on data and finally as a charting person we held 1.6p so all I’m saying if don’t fall below 1.6p this in my opinion moves back to 2p swiftly. Take out the spread many will want back in early supported by bitcoin stability throughout yesterdays market meltdown.
Just my call but know your own risk. I took mine yesterday.

I know I’m an optimist but I’m not an optimist because I’m invested. I’m optimistic because they have delivered and put MHC in real healthy financial position moving forward. At present we have over 7m cash and and market cap of just 9m. A RSI if less than 30 which is why I’m saying people selling now risk a huge bounce on news. The bounce if it happens won’t even benefit most because we’re probably all averaged much higher. I have used the opportunity to top up and virtually at my target. Even I will say I’m taking an element of risk but based on a company that have cash in a time of a crisis that could turn out to be similar to 2008. I don’t hope the board updates us ASAP otherwise LTHs could sell in panic which don’t any one any good. Does anyone know when results are due!

Bounce back tomorrow!. Who knows but I think the rise this morning on a good RNS because surely a rise to over 2p then a roughly 20% swing was over done and un justified

Interesting to see Zak predicting us back to 2.5p.
Just his prediction obviously but I am inclined to to agree with him.
Today’s fall from this morning’s high could prove an opportunity to top up

I did say 20p last week and I’ll stick to that. The results offered nothing positive

I could be wrong but why were the board buying shares at 1.7p-1.8p last year and not at these levels.
My belief is because they are privileged to news coming and unable to buy.
I expect news because surely they would be mopping up at these cheap prices.

If I’d had the money floating it would have been me but I’ve only managed another 30,000 in the last two weeks.
Just hope results are good because I feel it’s way undervalued. The wows of 2020 are long gone and time for the Staffline board to deliver and reward LTH who bailed them out. Still nearly 30% below capital raise price!. It was over subscribed at 50p now struggling to clear38p!. Let’s see how next week goes but I’m suspect ing and positive surprise. I’m also expecting news of a news BMW contract at Cowley

This is well undervalued. If the price of bitcoin slowly rises Argo will follow and increase the monthly number of bitcoins as prices rise. Don’t be distracted by ups and downs and focus on the longer term. The worst is behind Argo.

That buy of 267,000 was way over the asking price at the time and also results due Tuesday so that’s a clear indication something must be happening. It’s clearly not someone like Henry Spain because the companies in closed period. So who bought 267,000!.
Directors can’t buy until after Tuesday. I think a takeover is on the cards at these low prices personally
