Riverfort will have had some sort of financial charge on COPL to secure the debt spiral loan.
For the 'lender' to complete this transaction that charge will have had to be removed BEFORE the loan agreement can be signed for. This is why AM also did the 3m placing, then we have all the law fees etc etc....not a cheap day out in Skeggy.
The lender then becomes the only one with a financial charge on the Company.
