How can they have managed to manipulate the SP back this far which exact holders are selling on their constant shakes and management of the direction of the SP? I bought even more but wouldn’t let me buy size. You should all know by now that you do the opposite here as there’s panic brewing to get hold of stock here but even without this GAMESTOP style situation because the market cap is nowhere near equal to PR1 business and even the cash & BTC they have. 100% gain from closing price wouldn’t even take us back to the original IPO price of 13.50 on the listing 6 months ago(reached around 15 highs) where many major names and HNWI bought in who were also locked in. Last Monday this traded at 10-11 Zacs chart had us back targeting IPO 13’s. It was PRIM and a short whose actions you could say altered the share price of PR1 drastically and stopped our journey back up. The gains should have exceeded the IPO especially on the last 2 RNS on Tuesday and Thursday here but we were forced down and down. So 8.05%. buy back and add a possible further 4% for short cover. if there is a short here from the c u next Tuesday brigade. PRIM made on average 8.43 per share on the highly alleged illicit sale in breach of lock in agreement and AIM Rule 7 but if they are forced to buy back in the market their 977k profit could disappear and some into heavy minus territory along with the possibility of short cover too so possibly 12.5% of free float required. GAMESTOP style squeeze game on

So how do we know PEEL shorted it by 4%? Have we confirmation it definitely fits the price action and this is a massive conflict and concern. Originally they weren’t quoting on PR1 so makes sense. PEEL as a stock has been abysmal performance this year and last. Moves like this will make them even bigger losses if this 4% short is true especially with all eyes on AIM regulators and 50 big shareholders just wrote a public letter to AIM re PRIM disposal. Gamestop all over again shall we get Reddit on board?

It’s been PEEL who sat on it what a surprise but their old nickname isn’t random. More sunlight shone on them but now we will see the value that should have been added on last week’s exceptional RNS x 2 the listing in USA of PR1 stock in July (it was OTC US who led the rise at SWC) then we had the PR1 BTC unique integration tool launching for business alongside their SaaS AI platform for clients here and in US- launch this week

13.50 was the original IPO 5.5 months ago to get back there should be easily achieved this week and was the target on Zacs chart pre this news and pre the shenanigans we have had to endure last few days. Now the pressure really ramps up on those who bet against us

As you know I have quite a big holding here so now they walked down the price from open and wouldn’t quote they now want me to sell to them all my position now they have opened up quotes at stupid lows this is a clear signal that they are buying and collecting but in operating in this way they are moving the share price here by manipulating a falsified spread and trying to manage the SP. I cannot say louder why you should not even consider selling or falling for their trap. Stand strong and if you can buy against them. The company has stated the breach of PRIM and I think there’s been a very big mis-calculated short opened here by possibly an MM alongside. The 2 RNS last week were superb progress and today the Halfspace acquisition is signed off adding another big revenue stream to PR1 with major name sports clients. PR1 is not just a BTC Treasury play it is a growing strong revenue generating co both in UK and expansion into USA now which doubles down on the significant move to cross list stock on OTC Markets in US in July we then in addition are launching the PR1 Bitcoin Integration solution for business running alongside our own BTC treasury which is a huge move and 1st mover advantage gaining profits from other companies who use and buy BTC and crypto. Pre the news on this and OTC US listing July we traded at 10-11 now you see the market manipulation we have had targeted on us.

They don’t have to consider it so the fact they have said that AIM REGULATION WILL CONSIDER means they are going to is key. You’re getting wrapped up on language Half of 2.. Also the PRIM NOMAD has to tell AIM if they believe their client is in breach of AIM Regulations so they will have had to inform Aim then complaints from shareholders, from PR1 themselves and sure PR1 Nomad will have complained to AIM regulators too.
