I do not believe anything will happen to the share price as Balcombe application is already in the price. There is plenty of good news to come . SP is being shaken for someone to get in cheaply. Morning proceeding started with a buy of 1 million at 1.12 and buys exceed sells by 2:1 and yet SP is lower. Its a sort of tree shake/market manipulation and the SP is all set to go beyond 2P in the near future.

Valuation at this point can only be based upon potential and then discounted by probability of success. on SF if we take a lower value of 2.6p per share and discount it by 50% we should be at 1.3p at our current stage. Balcombe was acquired for a few million and that should be added at historic value to the share price. then there is a deferred tax asset of £6 million (1P) which is not on the balance sheet . Brockham & Lidsey may also be worth a few bob . Just at SF alone @ discounted 1.3P, deferred tax asset at 1p and all the oil say at 1 p, we should be at 3p minimum. And as the projects are delivered the discounts will disappear and actual valuations will depend upon actual prices times relevant production. Therefore, the SP should hit 3p and travel north towards 6p by December 2020.

JA interests are aligned with shareholders as he is the major shareholder. He makes far money from the rise in SP then any mickey mouse financing. As far projects are concerned, all is intact and will move forward for huge rewards should TRP hit the black gold. Effectively, the company is adequately funded, no dilution and oil still in sight Current valuation should equate to US10 million funding at least to reflect a fraction of potential here. just my two cents

AAAG has failed on all fronts. This is too cheap . just wait for 5-10p before Xmas. we will be testing at balcombe next quarter and all works will be completed at SF before 30th November. This is all set for a very happy xmas.
