Some of you posters on here don’t know anything about business and are very quick to criticise the RNS . What you seem to forget , in this world you have to give to get something back.

Incentives are a good thing as this motivates the top team more to deliver . I offer this to my staff and it pays off . . Several of the top executives already hold a few million shares so they already have skin in the game . This Max chap who I think is a nonce and will be gone after the FO is a waste of space .

FO are complex negotiations and are not exercises where you sign on the dotted line . Jersey Oil & Gas did a farm-out to two NS operators , Neo energy and Serica . I’m also a large shareholder in Jersey and this FO took a long time . The key here is PATIENCE!!

PANR are in an amazing postcode with an abundance of oil reserves . All the a rage around their fields have been snapped up so it’s just a question of time . If you’re needing your money or hoping they will sign next week then you shouldn’t really be invested . Always invest responsibly and should this go belly up ( extremely slim !!!)it shouldn’t affect your lifestyle .
