I'd rather we divest to Riversgold fully before any JV is formed. Prove up the resource, release the MRE and get out. It costs too much to develop an asset. Might aswell get what we can for it and focus on other projects.

I'd suggest the chance of closing the deal with Octo is slim to none. Hence why there is no exclusivity agreement in place with them anymore. Who even are Octo?!
