frankly, ecr shareholders couldn’t give a toss if it’s a good deal for maximus shareholders (mike *******, i’m looking at you). so if you’re here on a sales pitch, you’re barking up the entirely wrong tree. what you’ve done, in fact, is highlight that it isn’t a good deal for ecr shareholders. so take your begging cap elsewhere, you and your company are not welcome.
