Been thinking/hoping today that we could release a beautiful RNS Monday or Tuesday before results with a new license agreement :) ....and then Weds release a great set of interims with some positive info on TDK plus others, here’s hoping I guess ! Past form indicates otherwise and more JAM no doubt.

If there was an upfront fee from TDK surely we would not have raised funds in November ?

Would it be acceptable for CAP XX to raise 1.75m from an institutional investor a few months before interims knowing results are going to be poor ? I would have thought not but happy to be educated...
I don’t think it would look good for the company and any future fund raise if interims were poor having taken the money in November. All IMO DYOR

Dilusional as always Thomas...I would say it’s a bigger shame we are sat at 7p with no communication from our board. Asking them to be more transparent at the AGM really did the trick !

But fear not...TT and his Twitter group of nerds think CPX multi bags anytime now :) NOBODY IS SELLING (And nobody is buying) !

The board should be ashamed of themselves they may well have great IP but the blatant disregard for private investors is incredible....
