Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
It's worth noting that warrants are what 1.63-1.65??
The good news is that they guarantee cash for the co.
My expectation is a spike to 2s and a slap back down and a churn at 1.65, sideways etc. Plus, if kemexon flip and increase their stake I'd say that's a good thing.
Again, numbers required.
Will be looking for flow rates today and some sort of update. Good news never hits Friday as it's the best day for companies to tell people what's not going well. Lol.
Personally starting to get a bit ticked off. Calorific metrics look good but all this obfuscation around flow rates numbers etc is starting to get irritating.
We shouldn't be blaming GL for an obfuscation or whatever now.. Herbert is in charge.
So that's Herbert, Kaye, Krystoff. All 3 with BP links and Herbert is a director in Capricorn energy.
Kemexon is a bit of a red herring but they're in somewhat higher in the 2's as well as here.
1.8 for PF holding is a premium.
June/July a bunch of warrants will come in so probably see us hang around 1.65 or w.e the execution price was for a time but then you have warrants cash and hopefully st cash too. Cash is king.
Personally, not expecting any fireworks on the SP but if we have some positive cash numbers and commercial viability perhaps that will settle minds for awhile.
Just to point out we now have 3 people who were connected with BP in this business.
Herbert
Kryztoff
Kaye
Now I'm not saying that means anything but it's interesting. Considering that once we have full flow and look to storage capabilities too...
Not saying takeover but I'd place bets on an offer, probably a midcap considering this is a minnow. It all depends on production the asset. Once this is established then we'll see.
Sounds rampy but facts are facts with those people and their work history as stated in RNS.
Clarity would have better but the following seem apparent to me:
1. On balance volume still positive compared to earlier 22 and even when st drill looked risky was still net up.
2. St is proven so it's a matter of when not if now (seems that way)
3 equity raise - with a boatload of warrants to offload in June, assuming cash is covered or there's is some cash to cover, let's say SP stagnant
4 new CEO already successfully runs a midcap sized businesses. Doesn't mean anything necessarily but they can probably better evaluate what's worthwhile.
Not advice. I have no idea and as anything can always happen. These are just thoughts.
Just some thoughts on system entry data.
Wouldn't we be hooked up to grid first before seeing this uplift? Surely they are testing flow locally right now (hence in the RNS saying well flow was steadily improving)
Just my thoughts but an update on how that's going and flow to grid RNs out prior to the system entries updating.
Surely if the entries changed first, everyone and his dog would be able to crystal ball gaze. Sorry if sounds thick.
