Fort Knox, I’m sick of reading your incorrect rubbish comments about spread ex and spread betting, you are making yourself look very stupid, Please everyone ignore anything Knox has written about spread betting he does now have a clue. Spread betting is exactly the same as buying shares, want ever the puter buys a point, add two zeros and that’s what the spread bet company will buy in the market to cover the bet, END OF Knox it’s exactly the same as a share purchase. There is a seller here, and I want to know from the FCA what is going on, I’ve purchase 2.5 percent plus of prim myself and no way has anyone sold placement shares at .16 today full stop. I’m sure the seller has sold at least 6 percent maybe 10 percent of prim. And there has been no reporting, this is why I reported it to the FCA today and I ask others to consider what has happened here and if they think the same they should report it too, I think I’m being taken for a ride but someone, and they are not getting away with it. No way this selling should be continuing, unless the person is short and it they are short over 3 percent they need to report it right now. Who’s up for a for posting there holding up here I’m at around 2.7 percent.
I’ve been noting all “the sellers” trades for 4 months, it it so obvoius it’s the same person, and the way they sell, always 20 mins or so after a tiny rise, and always the price is sold at a loss to any share price in the last 12 months Where are all the shares coming from “the seller” is selling and why. Everyone needs to report this person and he has sold about 8 percent of prim in the last 4 months
I really can’t believe the seller is still there. How can he have that many shares without reporting to the market I honestly do wonder. Will report to FCA now as I’m sure it’s the same seller every time. They must be at over 3 percent short or have held 3 percent in the first place My calculations were that the seller was out, I’m 100 percent he was carring over 3 percent now I suggest everyone report this to the FCA today
As reported in March 2016, the final total aggregate stable dry oil flow rate from two Kimmeridge limestones plus the overlying Portland sandstone in HH-1 stands at 1,688 barrels of oil per day ("bopd"), a UK record for an onshore discovery well. Over the 30 to 90 hour flow periods from each of the 3 zones in HH-1, no clear indication of any reservoir pressure depletion was observed. The carrying value of this investment remains unchanged since our most recently published audits accounts, however the Board looks forward with considerable interest to the upcoming long-term extended flow test programme and its likely potential impact on our investment value going forward.
Strongest day in 6 months, Is there news coming Is the spread better loading up as someone said Is there a shortage of prim free float Do we have a big buyer opening at this low price Definitely postive now
knox says RE: .203p bidWed 12:36You do not need to do one when the stock is held in a nominee account as it is for my SIP. Others on here can confirm if you want ================================================================ wrong I've has spreads and shares before and 100 percent you have to declare at 3 percent and every 1 percent thereafter if you didn't declare expect a massive fine and rightly so, we are investors here and need to know whats going on, and two if you have said on here you have 5 percent and you actually don't, then again expect a massive fine. im not happy for on if investors here are being mislead or information on the share list is being withheld
What have you found please post for us. As for the TR1 not a prob for me, I haven’t sold any Prim and don’t trade In and out, in for the long term and only keep buying, Normal practice for me, inform director or chairman, There broker calls me Send me the form to fill in and sign And it goes live within about 4 hours And yes every 1 percent thereafter and if you sell under 3 you have to report as well, the lowering 3 percent doesn’t effect me as I’m just a buyer. I’m slightly dissappointed no return contact from a director as yet or broker. Without the company getting back to me, I would have no ide on who to sent tr1 too. I’ve been over 3 4,5 and 6 percent on many company’s before
Thank rusty I will make another attempt to contact them next week, From previous experience the directors of these company’s do read BB boards so hopeful that will spur them on to read the mail through there website contact page, I copy and posted my holding to them.
I plan to take my holding to 2.9 percent of the stock within the next few days Then I must make the decision if i want to go over 3 percent and then have to report to market. I may contact with the company to let them know my investment and never got a reply, Yet I read eslewjere someone said they were in contact with a director. Normally I do have contact with a company before I go over the 3 percent as I always ask if the company will do the forms for me and then send over for me to sign, most get there broker to make contact with Me, But nothing from PRIM which I find strange as legally they must make contact with me as I cross 3 percent.
