What is the comparison between the resource of BCN compared with ZNWD? I probably could find this out in an hour but if anyone else knows off the top of their head that would be great!
Ye it's bonkers. I think we should see a steady rise until drill results then depending on the outcome we could either see big gains or losses
Great day today for ZNWD and a lot further to go. What are people's thoughts on BHL? Much earlier stage then ZNWD but massive potential.
If an offer was ma it would have been in the RNS. No offer was made and everything opens back up for anyone else interested including AA. Expect another few years of confidentiality agreements with other companies before any offer is made
I hope this is forming a U on the chart. If it does we could see another good rally
Great few months for SHI. Hopefully it keeps going. Resistance at about 88p I think so I am hoping for a continued steady climb until then. What are other peoples thoughts?
Big move in oil price. finished up around 4.5%
Thanks for your info. Very interesting indeed. Let's hope it's good news. If there is any sector good to be in now it's this one. Medical plastics being one part of the business will be huge over the next few years. Fingers crossed anyway!
they knew long before 2 weeks ago that they were going to be buying this asset in the RNS yesterday. This is not an off the cuff deal they have probably been in talks for months. So back then they knew they were going to need the money and they should have raised it then with their own options. The BOD have very little confidence in the deal at the moment and so does the market hence the share price crashing. Look at the Share Price today, do you think the market has much confidence in the deal? No, but you are probably going to say, time will tell, hold for gold, fundamentals haven't changed. Same old same old. Once again the Share price is in free fall
ARC are now in freefall. They need to come out with something. If they don't this will keep dropping at 2-3% a day. I thought a AA deal was not far off a guarantee but now I am having second thoughts.
I would have have preferred the directors to take up all their options and raise money with their money rather than them surrender than raise money through private investors. Shows how much confidence they have in this deal
I 100% understand where you are coming from but I think expectations are so high the SP will drop. People are expecting a massive takeover not some average JV. If this is a JV the BOD will continually dilute the SP over the next few years and Shareholders will see little benefit. This needs to be a 300mill - 400mill takeover to meet a lot of expectations in my opinion. A 120million JV will not, it will take years to get the mine going and massive investment. ARC want the takeover and be gone. I really don't want them hanging around.
Placing was at 6.5 so the price does tend to fall to that level. Everyone expected AA news then when news like this comes it's not seen as good because people want a deal not business as usual. I think its poor that they said on the conference call 2 weeks ago no more dilution then they dilute. People lose faith in the board when the BOD backtrack on their word so quickly. Another point, if AA and ARC go into a joint venture and there is not some massive number thrown in the RNS again this will plummet. The Market is set up for a big takeover deal and not a joint venture if AA give 120mill and a 50% JV this share will plummet. All faith in the BOD will be lost and ARC will be a poor performance share for years getting dilution after dilution. ARC need AA to buy the licences for 300mill plus then we will see a 20p Sp not an average JV. Dont get me wrong if a JV is struck with AA giving ARC 500mill yes the sp will go but we need a takeover. Every news that's not about an AA deal will drop the share price especially dilution
