Crabby -your post stated .... “I was hoping the FSP was wrapped up a long time ago but after last nights news and the Rosgeo update a couple of weeks back it’s time to bottom drawer Eurasia for me and it happens when it happens. I had uses for the money I have in here but I don’t need it now and will manage fine without it for however long it takes”.
I agree with a lot of what you are saying but your comment above suggests that the FSP has been kicked into the long grass. I disagree and believe the FSP will conclude swiftly and you WILL get the payout you have been waiting for IMO.
Crabby - why do you think the FSP will not conclude? It’s pretty clear from the RNS’s that the FSP is still running alongside the JV.
My guess is FSP completed with a sale of MT /WK. Special dividend paid and the remainder used to fund Rosgeo JV, together with equity investment from Japan to secure an offtake agreement.
There is of course the possibility that the FSP will not conclude and this is where the capital raise via a rights issue would be required to move forward post FSP if no deal concluded.

@Bumble1968 - there are other options than a full sale. The JV could be spun out into a new vehicle for EUA shareholders to benefit from the proving up of those assets. EUA could then be sold completely and existing shareholders continue to enjoy the benefits of the JV moving forward.
I am sure Micky is a nice guy but the 65p is just a pure guess, pin the tail on the donkey style. There’s really no point asking him to substantiate the claim with supporting numbers - let’s move on.

Great post Alfa - exciting times indeed!
Like many here I am “dug in” and will be holding long term, feeling thankful to be in and loaded up at this early stage of the journey :o)
Vauch - from your comment below...
"The company have been loss making over the recent term, production costs have increased but so have ALL other costs of running the company. They have been selling shares to raise money to support these cap-ex plans!"
You think the Directors are selling there own PERSONAL shares to pay for BMN's expansion plans?! FFS - I give up :-(

Vauch - it’s not just about V prices, turnover and profitability. The company has serious medium term growth plans over the next couple of years which require significant capital investment and working capital. It has borrowed money to facilitate those plans . It’s not about V prices, it’s about cash flow and affordability - think about it.
