I logged into Halifax/BOS Sharedealing and had to ask them to vote for me through the chat function which they were happy to do and easy- they were also able to share the resolutions in the chat beforehand

The Refinancing is conditional on the sidara deal and cash injection so its not as positive as you are implying - could also indicate that it is the only way forward or a significant equity raise from SH.

Thanks 240p is all I can get to for the original purchase too and I can't find anything that says the merger created a CGT event which would have applied at the time so will need to go with that and stagger sales to stay within CGT allowance. Thanks for replying

I had a similar conversation via chat last week and I referred the agent to the RNS which you would assume someone with Halifax nominees is employed to read. Not sure AMC will be writing to nominee companies to tell them this. Will need to wait and see I guess

Just spoke to Halifax on the share chat but they had no idea what I was asking about although one would hope there is a department that receives and acts on RNS statements.

I am with Halifax Sharedealing was able to cast a No vote on the online Sharedealing chat function only took a couple of minutes
