So this is what stinks, you say if an investor here has shares then is approached for a placing that they become and insider and it’s illegal for them to sell shares into the market, that’s fair enough and I agree.

This is where it falls apart though, because if you take part in a placing you are also an insider, so how the flying Fk do you forward sell shares, this is insider trading as you are selling before the market gets wind at a higher price than you are buying for, it’s also a sh**er that companies release news that these w ⚓️ s use to sell into, same as brokers and MM who take shares, it should be stamped out.

Someone must have owned shares here and took part in the placing and that’s who was selling big chunks into the market, insider dealing is what needs sorting out across AIM imho.

As a long term investor, I would rather they raised any funds needed to bolster the business further, this BoD don't mess about, they raise what they need and they know what they want. I like the company to have cash in the bank as well, added security. These start ups are built on raising cash as long as that cash is used for purpose, certainly not a lifestyle company. Last raise done at 1.10, and here we are.

Raising at between 1.50 and 2p would have my approval.
