just when you think things are picking up another announcement regarding the airline industry hits the news, second one for wizz air recently, why are they so good at covering themselves in crap and displaying customer service standards that are to say the least dire, where is the caring compassionate buisness they display in their ads, what is wrong with these companys? why can they not just do what they state they do with honesty and integrity.

media just filling a few lines ??? your talking out of your ****, have a look at the share price of these operators today, a review by a government body isnt started just to sell newspapers, get into the real world.

it does not just want addressing it needs, correcting A.S.A.P. im not saying theres any connection but amongst airlines share prices today wizzair is the only one down.

But dont forget at some point the worm will turn.

wizzair need to make this problem go away before they aquire the reputation they dont want, pay out the refunds and restore faith of both customers and shareholders, its not hard just be fair and co-operative.

looks like the report by the mail is coming back to bite them on the ****, i said at time this was bad publicity for the company and it looks like this is now impacting on the share price, they really need to act on this ,and act fast you cannot treat customers with disdain ,if they have a genuine reason for a refund then DO IT, and dont play games with the people who make your buisness, treat them fairly.

Thank you PJT12 but as of this morning i have no presence in wizz air to coin a phrase (its called principle) and i cannot justify being involved in a company with sharp practices, and wait with interest to see if legal action of any kind is taken against Tony Hetherington or the Daily Mail group by wizzair, somehow i dont think they will. i too believe Tony Hetheringtons reporting on this matter will have been thoroughly checked for accuracy and truth, and is probably why wizzair failed to reply to him (even after saying they would) .

well it will be interesting to see what wizz air do regarding this article, because if its untrue and its been printed then its slander, lets see if wizz sue the daily mail.

agree to a extent about travel insurance as a safeguard but if a flight is cancelled by the airline customers should not have to resort to court action and bailiffs to recover their moneys, this is not good P.R. and as stated elsewhere at some point customers will vote with their feet, also if wizz air are not prepared to be accountable to this countrys laws what chance do shareholders have of holding them to account.

i also find the above statement disturbing.
