RE: 7th March vote on Fund Raise - On the Day15 Feb 2022 14:36
OKEhurst,
I understand people want to make money and do what they did, fine, but as LTH shareholders, we have also got to get up and fight for our share value and not give it away, we have hundreds of members in our OSAG group now and honestly some of the peoples lives have been ruined by the BOD lives,
I will continue to fight for them and every other shareholder that has been hurt,
I think education is key, some people here are new to trading ( i won't call aim investing) and just need to be guided on how to vote, thats fine, no one is born with this knowledge
I have shared approach here and on my twitter @JafTrades
There was some distrust signing up to the OSAG (fine i understand) but now this requirement to VOTE is with your broker directly and not the action Group, so people should have less reservation or concern about giving your information, your broker will already have your personal details, you are only providing them instructions.
and to everyone stating that the company will go bust, no it won't, if the resolution fails, i see a serious short squeeze and should push this price much higher, then they have to buy back their shares on the open market. It will hopefully bring the BoD to realise they are being held to account and this type of behaviour will not be tolerated.
It's also very sad to see people laughing at people being hurt by this share, everyone hold your head up and stand up for your hard earn money. Aim is littered with badly run BoD, the BoD only get away with it because shareholders don't stand up for themselves
