surely coc plan of action is to sell entedie and put all the money in the pot with the 90 mill odd dollars already there, then just distribute the cash between shares, people on here are better qualified to tell us that figure approximately , but i sure as hell know its north of 50p

why would ex directors feel a need to sell up now when they know that the shares will have a premium on them in the not too distant future, they have not sold in the last diabolical 5 years so i see no reason for them to off load now.
