"After receiving a more sizable offer......"
The BoD can't do anything right. Bad BoD , bad BoD!
I'm sure we have a few non resident individuals here who are not required to give HM anything either. Apparently its a great time of the year to be resident in Monaco.
It was last changed on the 17th July 2009.
Funny how the new AOA corresponds with the DFS....
Tin foil hat time!
Probably just FOMO kicking in
Quack quack quack quack quack... too many ducks to count
They were quick to drop Copl the other day.
0.87p close price on day of relisting,
Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman of Eurasia commented: "The Board and our Team are enthusiastic about developing the business concurrently with making progress on the strategic options that we have on the table".
Progress is being made albeit we don't know how much has been made since the last update
@goodflyingduck
Well Firstov Konstantin Viktorovich (??????? ?????????? ??????????) is the CEO of SHUNGIT-SORBENT (The main activity of the company is Geological exploration, geophysical and geochemical works in the field of subsoil exploration and reproduction of the mineral resource base).
According to his CV he is a mining director and likes football.
Other than that he is clean (no public linkedin or FB). I think this is the guy who will be responsible for developing Nyud. Doesnt look like he will be responsible for managing West Kytlim or MT.
Not sure if this has been shared yet but the following changes have happened since yesterday (Monday RNS?):
Eurasia Mining PLC now owns LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "YUKSPORSKAYA MINING COMPANY"
A new person entitled to act without a power of attorney: General Director Konstantin Viktorovich Firstov
Alexey Mikhailovich Bouche is no longer a person entitled to act without a power of attorney
Foreign organization PUBLIC COMPANY WITH LIMITED LIABILITY "EURASIA MINING PLC" is no longer a founder
Foreign organization COMPANY "URALZ ALLUVIAL PLATINUM LIMITED" is no longer a founder
Mo' money
Initial results in 3 weeks or less followed by full results in August.
I dont think the MM are playing with the price. Vela is just an undiscovered and unloved at the moment.
Complete rerate of the SP. we will see how the market will value the remaining assets. Obviously the SP can't go negative if the Sp is 30p and the Div is 70p.
Strange RNS but I think EUA will end up as a cash shell thus the need to pay dividend.
DS gave us all the clues in 2019, MT + Special Div. That special div is anyone's guess, could be 1p or could be £1+.
In any case, we got our cake and we got to eat it.
Ill be able to buy the house and have future rubles coming my way.
I actually work in the o&g industry and the last 5 years of low oil prices have actually been good for the company, although my bonus and pay increases has been lackluster compared to the good old days.
Reducing costs and being commercial is now a priority. There is now less compliancy in our industry then there was when prices were at $100. So there is an upside to a lot of these risks.
I'm not personally a big fan of drilling for oil in Africa but Nigeria is a god send for most companies established there.
I look forward to what is coming our way and I sleep well at night knowing that.
Come on... The risk factors are not that bad. Atomic is going to give us positive cash flow in 2021. Great year for COPL.
Very true. This topic has been discussed to death. The horse has been beaten to death and brought back to lift on multiple occasions. You just need to make your own mind up.
IMHO I think the company is potentially to big sold for cash and it will just be a sale of assets (Worth a few billion, give or take a billion or two). EUA has the potential of being a multi billion dollar company which could make some of the majors look like junior mining companies.
I would be happy with £1, but I would also be disappointed.
I would be extremely happy with £3.
I'll probably have a heart attack if it touches £35. So let's aim for £34.99
