$60 is just the floor meaning ENQ won’t get any less than $60 (even oil dropped below) but ENQ now get all the upside. That’s pretty exciting. Anyone remember a time when ENQ had this arrangement? Guess only possible because the net debt has fallen so much. Means a lot more income now though!

Hi stumpy, I don’t see anything in the update that was really surprising though. In fact, The net debt was better than expectations. I spoke to two brokers and they both mentioned the early pull down was result of sweden.

To my mind therefore, we will re-rate back up and if honest, could be very rapid with oil now on $90

Above the 100 day moving average also today and always rockets when above that!

Without the Swedish delist story today I think this would have been up. Up because they generated $140m fcf which is a very large chunk of their market cap. Oil is now $15 higher so it’s going to get better ahead. This technicality today has provided a real opp. Bet you the chairman buys more stock?

#ENQ Underlying cash strength is demonstrated in the cash generation from operations… the h1 print equivalent to the market cap! After all the flows, net debt down by 17.4%. Their tax benefit still stands so ‘just’ the EPL to contend with. #enquest
