HAA and CFO should have there bonus for fundraising cut by £100k for every missed deadline promised. First it was last October, then the end of 2020, then first quarter of 2021, then April, then end of June and now July.....
Either stop stringing people along and damaging sentiment and set realistic and achievable deadlines and make sure they are hit or don't do it at all... The SP drifts as Investors no longer believe HAA and his credibility gets worse by every missed promise.
Winalot - Yes I believe that is all we have to do. I also noticed that there were two options against, I picked the first one but assume they will do the same...i.e. show your votes as AGAINST.
This afternoon I received a note from A J Bell that there was a Corporate Action for me to address, which I duly did and voted AGAINST the proposal. It says I had until 2 June to register my intentions.
So people with AJBell, check yiour account, don't delay and register your vote
Yes but YOU are the one copying and pasting to keep us informed, so Thank you for me too.
I would have thought Kerogen would have something to say about the request from CA for an EGM and the proposals by the Hurricane Board? All very quiet from them.
Looks like they have been working these through the market all day! Someones picked them up and the SP has still held at 3.5p.
Thank you Techyrob. Yes and that is how I ended up with 300k as I had 50k and the rest came in excess allocation last time at 3.9p. Still I did get 120k of warrants at 7.49p. I am hoping to apply for a proportion of the 500k but not sure i will take all of them.
My allocation has now been added to my SIPP with A J Bell. I only have 300k shares and therefore allocated 10k, but have been offered over 500k shares in the surplus shares, which seems an awful lot. Whilst appreciate this could be scaled back, am i right to assume this excess is based on those shares not taken up by others?
At time of writing...based on 55,000 tonnes pa of copper, they must be making over $200m a year profit! For a conservative SP at say 5 x, this share should be circa £8-£10 each. Whoop whoop.
Check out Atalaya Mining. Changed its name from Emed. Received planning, built a plant, expanddd the plant and now on target to produce 55k tonnes of copper per annum. All after Harry left.
ATYM must be making a fortune - excellent.
From memory my break even is my average of 9p in old Emed money, so I need £2.70. Nearly there , if not this week , then next.
With the copper price rising, ATYM will soon be able to pay off Astor from the petty cash!!
No apology needed, just glad you concur with my sentiments that this share is under value, compared to the recent increases in the price of copper,
Update on reserves would be very useful and whether the increased production levels have had an impact on the timeline.
I absolutely agree and hence my post last Tuesday.
Seems to get better everyday!!
With copper now trading around $3.32 per lb, how on earth is ATYM falling (down 4.5p today as I write). I am fully aware of Astor et al., but even with a repeat of the volumes of Q3, in Q4 and with the increase in copper price, this could potentially make double the profit, Q3 all in costs were about 2.2 and average sell price of 2.76, so 56 cents profit, which could now be over $1. IMVHO this should be looking more like £2.50+
EMH on ASX up 33% at 71.00 at the opening. Boom!
This was the corporate action message I received on 16 July 2020, regarding my warrants from the open offer in August/September 2019 - Mine are at 7.48p? I also applied for and received excess shares to my allocated amount. Interesting how you manged to get some at 5.78p? but well done.
Quadrise Fuels International plc has announced that you now have the opportunity exercise your warrants to exchange them for the underlying ordinary shares at a fixed price.
Under the terms of the offer, you are able to exercise each one warrant at a price of GBP0.0748 to receive one share in Quadrise Fuels International plc.
The warrants are due to expire on 6 September 2022. Any warrants not exercised by the expiry date will lapse and they will be removed from your account in due course.
My previous comment was regards the fund raise in August, but having checked on 27 September 2019 checking there was also an issue of 4.9m warrants at 5.78p.
