Was a pleasure to catch up with the company again yesterday as always happy to take questions

Discussed on the recent licence agreement with New Wave as well as other products and interests

There was multiple Canadian interest in the Itaconix CHT polymer, for the long term interest of the company and good relations it was the best move to choose the most lucrative deal with New Wave. It would be too early to give some figures but we are talking in $millions

The same parties have also taken a big interest in our Itaconix DSP 100% bio-based polymer (advancing well)

Interest from European and Asian companies on the DSP and CHT polymers similarly to use in there exclusive branded ADW detergents

Our other products RevCare, RevCoat, RevCap, Itaconix TSI , XPD and ZinaDor are bringing in revenue and increasing and have more interested parties for distribution and licensing agreements

This is just the first part of the news as iv previously mentioned a list of activities company is advancing on. you have just tasted a small fraction of it

That’s very valuble information for anyone who is still unaware of how Croda works, you sound like you have a vast amount of knowing in this industry and how these companies work to buyout the small fishes to control the market and pricing

Like you’ve mentioned 10-20% for Croda no way they’ve already increased the sales and going hard on advertising the ZinaDor product they will be looking at something similar to Oxonika

I wouldn’t want to say too much on these boards last time my post got deleted next time it could be a ban on posting here if i start saying more

Just want to say GLA this is a great investment to be in at current pricing

@Dsaurez1 19.53pm post sounds like you have been doing some research how Croda and there management work let me just fill in shortly Croda is no small fish they have a history of buying out exclusive products where they see a high return and that’s where Itaconix products sits specially the ZinaDor product

One of the question i ask the CEO in my first call was if any of your products would be bought out by the partners, but cheekily laughed it off onto another discussion, that tells me something.

Say if there is a total buyout of ie ZinaDor product it means both parties gain, Itaconix would receive one big payment financially secure for new products

What is in for Croda ?

Croda can now control a large market space with multiple products in the same industry this has always been there business plan

Was a pleasure to speak to Mr John Snow a very pleasant speaking person and sounded very upbeat on the future of the company

This is a Chairman who is the President and Marketing Director of Quabbin Capital and has also worked for KPMG who had a Revenue of over $26 billion in 2017

What he has seen in the first two month of his management in the company is something very interesting, big industry players wanting to sit down and work with the company on there existing products and future new products.

Q - When ask if any of these companies already in talks for any deals ?

A - Yes we have had many discussions but we are limited to say any more

Q - Million Dollar question AkzoNobel deal when is that happening any timeframe?

A - It’s happening and it’s on schedule

Q - What more would you say the company has progressed on since the last results ?

A - That’s a very good question we have been very active on many fronts actively working on new partnerships on our RevCare product, Croda is doing excellent with the ZinaDor product, Solvay increased sales on RP103 and the plant in Italy is in construction as well as new products to launch should expect a update on all of this very soon

Regards the communication with the company was unable to get hold of the new Chairman yesterday as they were all in a very important meeting so was promised to take my call today in the evening UK time.

Re: Deleted last week post

There was a post posted last week summarizing the company’s activity and newsflow

Had the impression it could’ve been to do with the company but after another conversation with the company just a while ago confirms it wasn’t to be and there was no problems about the info posted, everything mentioned has already been mentioned by the company either through a rns or a interview

Also to further add from the company now in the best position they have ever been revenue in the 2nd half of year is at records with new partnerships to be finalised (Didn’t say which deals)

Finally positive news but still 50/50 chances risk still involved

Did say funding will be needed they will run dry end of year

That’s alot of shares to clear now,a company with no volume it’s going to take some months to clear that

So this is more and more looking like doing a TERN part 2

Was reading somewhere ITX was trading between 60-80p without any exclusive supply and marketing agreements

Since then commercial agreements with Croda International and Solvay bringing in revenue now is the time to finalise the mega deal with Akzonobel

Every possibility to do 30-35p half the shareprice of what it traded at, also to note since then it minimised dilution and mostly all going into sticky hands who won’t be settling for less than 30p

Did i hear someone say TERN part 2

Couldn’t buy any into the lows but been buying 3.50p upwards after doing more extensive research i would be buying more tomorrow possibly a part 2 of TERN

Market makers will be fishing for loose stock but will they get them with so much interest from private investors

Manage to add more today to my yesterday’s holding

Hearing very positive stuff will add more early if it let’s me very high targets set on the Akzo deal

Trying to add more to my yesterday’s buy but no joy

Won’t give me any shares

After doing some research and following some useful discussions this looks like a very interesting company about to change with some very large deals with big industrial players

Will start scaling in with a few more as i can see this doing really well it’s starting to pick up on many radars

Bottomed again for a such a smal market cap some more volume and we off to the races

Everyone wants these now buy away placing overhang will clear within a few days the way the buying is going on

Just saying what i think in these tough market look around some of the beat stocks lost 50-70% of the value in last month

I think I won’t post more on here
