Could the rise of 288% shown in yesterdays US's OTC trading be another cruel hoax for Sirius long term investors?
Scotman is correct.
The only way I can see JPM furthering their interests in Sirius is by joining forces with another larger bank, to produce the same kind of deal they helped Fortesque Mining Group with in 2012/2013. (From which FMG flourished and has continued to do so). A bit forlorn, but there again.
‘I think the petition is now very much for the local area, workers and the local community’
How can you say that honestly. The petition is being signed by people from all corners of the UK and almost all the areas in between. Including many of those area's MP's who have not had there names hidden.
The petition is now 2776, more than a qtr of the way to make the Govt respond.
It would be appreciated if you wold sign it.
Referring to your, 'Is the only reason I am considering signing it. I don’t expect the Government to bail me out of my bad investment decisions, if they do support they should make sure they get their pound of flesh as well through future dividends if they are using tax payers money.
In answer, many many times have posters informed that this is not a bailout and wouldn't be anywhere near to being a risk had the government just agreed in the first place and tax payers would benefit greatly in the near future.had they given a guarantee when asked.
''If Sirius were having to rely on the domestic private retail investor base for this finance''
Why did you make that up. It is obvious to many posters that the remarkable progress that originally had been made, was on the backs of pi's, many of whom were lths.
That made the contributions investments from Han****s etc possible and from what I read from this BB, the progress has continued to be remarkable, just look at what Myosotis has been posted.
The point of my signing of the petition was that as it was already in being, then letting it fail would, in my opinion, could be detrimental to the efforts of those trying to get gov guarantees to future investors, if required. I want to see the project succeed for the many reasons quoted in my email.
As, little doubt, do those who have already voted as it closing in on 500 while only been in being a short time.
Yes, apologies to PPPA & PAAA. Also for 'viewed'.
Very surprised by some of this mornings posters rejecting signing the petition link posted by PAAA earlier. Its to be expected of the derampers and deriders but surely not by the genuine pi owners. There is no money involved by the government, but it is being asked for a guarantee to back the loans. Why do they expect our mp's and others to petition for that support when they can't be bothered to just perform a few clicks to support them. The petition is in being we cant stop it, failure to reach anywhere near the 10,000 will be viweded as us owners not caring to support those who we expect to bother on not just our part as us pi's and other long term investors as well as :-
the employees, the local area, the extended local area and the national area that so badly needs this to succeed.
Shame that there are LTH's who fail to support this petition that would support those who are working on our behalf. It just needs a few clicks.
Surely we can get 10,000 from 85,000pi's
Doubt it, but it will dock in the right place on time. IMO
Many thanks Redbull for the article link, and to RE: Myo, Pros, ffc etc for highlighting it without them I probably would have missed it as not often do I get to read many posts but great to hear good news from my origins.
May have to wait until the reporting of the completion of the investigation. Therefore, if still going on could be part of the cause of the delay in our bond issue.
IMO
