Well some entity(ies) certainly likes the risk/reward at these prices over last couple of days. It’s only actually c 10% of the shares that have churned over last few days

You really think after all this time working on the JV and with all the connections they have in Sarawak that they walk away with nothing.

You shouldn’t be comparing LBE to UPL you should be looking at other small cap offshore companies for comparison.

Looks to me that they only exercised c £100k so far of £500k of available loan notes. Not a very clear RNS

They need to get shot of the convertible financing.

Looks to me like a clumsy ‘at best’ sell into auction that got picked off by a market maker as no liquidity.

I’m no clairvoyant and this is offshore so very different cost of business to UPL but £10mn mkt cap is light. I would be thoughtful about missing out for the sake of a couple of pennies (£1mn on mkt cap) given how hot the region is and the quality of the acreage they have
