Good to see new chairman making a statement given all the speculation. It does indeed appear to be the case the board will change with CW gone in due course. Maybe taking a little longer to wait than some would like. Pleased there will be a review of assets as things have obviously gone a little awry, we have the assets, hopefully these can now be fully maximised.

at this stage, given the situation, shareholders should indeed decide on whether CW stays or goes. I don't believe any halt in production etc is an issue should this happen if we have two solid additions to the board. The short term will see this rise whilst any matters are overseen. The value of the company is struggling under current regime and needs an injection of new energy. However, I do feel shareholders now have an option to have their say should they wish.

Richieboy, do you feel you have the means to remove CW? Might slight concern at this stage is that all this talk for anyone looking in will put them off investing and drive the sp down further. If CW stays then where does that leave us, we've created a rod for our own backs by talking him down. Only if action is indeed taken and successful will this talk be worth it for shareholders.

I think if align have two people to bring in who can get straight to work, then let's support that, meaning CW exits. It would do a lot for the sp medium term. It does feel the sp crash is now mich to do with the personnel rather than the MYN offering. New blood would do this the world of good.

Personally I think Eddie has done a great job from where we were post NCT. I do think he saved the company and he believed and clearly still does in the massive potential and upside, which could start to be realises very soon in my opinion. Something clearly had to give and now a chance to really make some gains.

I've just proved my point. The agm was adjourned not cancelled, there are not legal issues all over the place, you say board appears to be in turmoil, but you don't know and the company have not actually said this. Yes delays in production, quite common for oil producers. This over dramatic manner is exactly why people are panicked.

this is now being dragged down by the scepticism and negativity by posters and a campaign to drop the price. Align are entitled to raise their concerns but it seems to me everyone is just jumping on the band wagon, and as a result panicking investors to sell. Ultimately this will bounce and be fine given the assets in place. Those that have sold, undoubtedly at a loss will be left with their head in hands. The company rhetoric is not much different to what it was when most invested on this board, so why doubt your investment now???

last year we were down to 0.25 and it felt like things could have well gone under based on the rumour mill. Within one month the sp was 1p. This time round we are actually in a far superior position on terms of resource, investment and cash burn. Things have not gone fully to plan, it's been slow. Based on last weeks news, a wind of change is about to happen, which could well send this back up fast. There is a massive opportunity here which presents itself to both long termers and new holders to load up while we are so low.

Completely agree. Certainly some disappointment with some of the things which have happened and the obvious drop in sp. However, I think we're about to see much of this put right prior to agm in under 2 weeks and then hitting production in the coming weeks and months. These prices therefore not to be sniffed at.

adjournment of the agm is due to majority shareholders requiring a change, then this has to be for the good of MYN. Which means within 14 days we will have at least one piece of positive news. Though I expect there will be a couple of releases based on the update yesterday. I believe all is good, except the current mcap and sp.

to get some more cheap shares really. The offering is the same as things begin to ramp up in Q4. Don't lose your head over the over reaction and drop!
