Ive got a lump sum that matures next week. Was hoping to bung half of it in here. Hopefully the catalysts can lay off until then. However currently 15%+ of my PF in @ 148/150 so happy with it moving also. The market is geared up for it now imo.

I envisage a nice upday tomorrow for the sector as a whole. More OPEC work being conducted. If it wasn't for that petulant oil price war before covid. There would have been significant less shunning of the sector IMO.

I'm happy to be in the uptrending gas market. Much better viewing. Hedges in place until 2022 at the moment. Makes it somewhat of a safe haven. However as per the whole O&G sector likes to move as one, downwards.

So nice to see a bump today even at these lows. With BP & shell having continued stinkers. They are priced at what SQZ would be @60p choose your ship upOmega :-) or have a fleet like I do.

3.288p per share i seemed to have recieved. As they have a 35% Swiss with holding tax.

You will be increasing your exposure to RR. Which seems risky, and chasing your loses.
Which you will be doing anyway through the rights issue. But that is to avoid the dilution.
The share price will be around 50p shortly. So decimated your original stake.
I hope you have a diversified PF. Certainly don't put all your eggs in this one. However this is just my opinion.

Dan, you are not missing anything. The share price will adjust to whatever the MCAP is divided by the amount of shares in issue. The shares you buy before the rights issue will still have cost the same amount after... you just need to take up the rights issue to avoid 333% mass dilution.

I am equally amazed that people think they can currently get a total 13 shares(inclusive of buying 3 @ 113pshares and 10@32p in the rights issue) for 50p average. And the share price not go into the vicinity of that 50p average.

Teddy thanks for your response, however the ex rights day is 28th Oct...the record day is close of play on the 23rd. Which guarantees participation, however best to check with your broker if planning upto the 27th.

"If you bought Ordinary Shares after close of business on the Record Date but prior to 8:00 a.m. on 28 October 2020 you may be eligible to participate in the Rights Issue. If you are in any doubt, please consult your stockbroker"

the ex-rights date is the 28th oct on opening. You must hold.

Can anyone explain to me why on the 12th Nov 6.4billion shares will come on the market that cost 32p, how the share price won't be in that vicinity. Feel like I'm missing something. Never mind just the break even at 50p.

We are actually up, Upomega, on Friday you would get 112p to sell your shares now you get 115.8p. Just just the spread has shrunk so better all round ;-) keep the faith.

Rockrose was at nearly a 70% premium to the share price. I'd happily recieve that. 197p...

That's the perks of being in a commodity stock. The company can't choose what price they sell their produce at!

I hope to make SQZ my largest holding once my ISA transfer is completed next week. Hopefully no delay.

US market influences the FTSE like a persons shadow.

SQZ in a share that I feel is perfectly placed. And is not influenced heavily by Mrs biggies not being able to pay her phone bill...however of course as the saying goes a rising tide lifts all boats and vice-versa.

A limit order placed in at a more respectable price compared to the current spread. Hopefully gets filled.

Interesting to see that the buybacks have been purchased at 1527p a very nice level of support if thats the case!
