Big institutions are buying into the story. And you don't know any more than anyone else if the institutions haven't bought any more than those very recent purchases.
Unless you have inside information.

They certainly messed up the first time around but the concept is too good to miss if they get it right the second time this will be epic.

But averaging down is a good strategy. Mix that with rising rsi, directors buying, institutions buying and new contracts signed.......boom!
