But now Bidstack are confident enough to renegotiate pre existing contracts is further signs of their increasing dominance.

Also Howard White said just one system would make PHE a billion pound company on the basis of the speedy roll out of lots and lots of others around the world! On the back of it I think he said. Very bullish comments.
But if this billionaire steps in well that's perhaps why the market has truly woken up!
