Dolphin has had a few legitimate questions over the years. But to spend his entire life on here asking the same pedantic, repetitive, purile, inane questions until we all needed to lie down in a dark room. And where was Dolphin when other companies were fiddling their books, committing fraud and much worse? On here but only since the Gu3 unit made an appearance! It's a bit like a lightbulb. Keep flicking it on and off then it won't last as long. But leave it on and it will just go on and on. But cheap to replace.

PHE has enough data and testing to establish the robustness of the ceramic chamber. There is no issue with the robustness of the ceramics. If there was an issue it would be factored into the equation. Replacing a chamber is a simple and relatively cheap affair. A bit like changing your socks - no need to throw away your shoes!

The ceramic chambers have been subjected to forces beyond their normal operations. It is when continuously being switched on and off that the lifespan reduces the most. From their testing they can extrapolate the robustness of the chambers.
There is no issue with the robustness of the chambers.
