With all the staff this will cost as they barely have any income. Most businesses fail due to lack of funds at the outset. Costs are greater at the outset. This is where bigdish is sitting. Every day I look there are no new restaurants in Bath. Bristol has stopped growing and so has Bournemouth. I was told this was a win win for everyone and that signing up would be child's play. Just do the maths.

Montey, I am drawn to bigdish and think it may play out well but at the moment there are too many risks and red flags. I think the management need to get a grip.
