It looks to me like waste2tricity and protos invited some press to the Chester site.
It does say it was developed in conjunction with phe. My experience is that the press never get all the detail right .
It all looks like it's moving in the right direction and this is all leading to the ipo and waste2tricity s float. The sooner the better.

Stokey, I am reading a waste2tricity release following the radio 4 interview. It says waste2tricity aim to be a public company by the end of 19 beginning of 2020. I can't copy the link but it's on their website.

On waste2tricity s website it says they are going public to raise 1m. I had missed that with all the other stuff going on.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the first page there is a link to the world waste to energy summit. If you click on it you can see David Ryan as a speaker. This means that the whoever is supporting PHE went to this summit. So I guess it's well done David Ryan!
