When will permit be granted?

@Edward Normally you would be correct. Dilution is the dread of aim. But in this case we are getting back all the territories that were negotiated away by previous management. So quid pro quo. There dispute about fair value which I have to say I agree with but over all PHE will be in a much better place when the deal is done. Having Peel as our development partner is infinitely better than what was before. The market is voting resoundingly in favour otherwise the share price would be tanking right now.

We are due just shy of £2 million. No equity raise needed.

So the fundamentals are excellent. And in this current environment a good place to be. Also the technical on the chart look great too. It was recently picked out by Zac Mir who had a price target of 3p "in short order ".

I think this will be a further catalyst for a re rate. I would normally agree with Stokey but this is now so underpinned by fundamentals and a steady ongoing derisking process that something will set the share price free. Apart from anything else this will be a profitable business and with lots of upside just around the corner.
This has to be worth 90million now. And by next year with some international contracts in the 100's of millions.

Wskr. I appreciate your input but funding and dilution is one concern which was kind of mentioned in the latest rns but we don't have clarity in this respect yet.
For my own piece of mind I'm waiting for the investors show on Monday where tw will be unveiling 2 fraud cases. I'm sure bidstack are not involved but enough smoke has been made the last few weeks so let's see what happens.
As JD never comments we only have trust to go on and that has been worn a little. I can wait another week.
