Anyone else feel that? Twitter presence almost non existent. A Google search of our ticker brings up a different company on the Nasdaq, unless you include ‘lse’ in your search, a historic graph that only goes back a few weeks. Have I missed anything else?
It would only be speculation to think the 450k sell is connected to previous sells. Maybe it’s a sellers entire holding and they need the money for a deposit on a house and have just no choice but to sell at 8p. Who knows. Maybe they see an opportunity elsewhere that they believe will come to fruition sooner.
I'm also seeing #SEEDINNOV being used on Twitter which I think works better, it matches their company handle @seedinnov, it matches the abbreviation of the company on LSE 'Seed Innov'. Seed Inn sounds like a B&B in Devon or something, and is neither the ticker or the handle the company uses.
I wonder if it’s just taking time for search results and algorithms to do their thing, or if a Google search for ‘Seed Share Price’ will from now only show Agritech on the Nasdaq? I don’t only use Google search for share prices but a lot of people do.
$SEED is used for Agritech on the Nasdaq.
£SEED can’t be used, the £symbol is not recognised on Twitter.
#SEED is the ticker, which is what people will search for, and although is widely used by other random stuff, it’s the companies job (and investors) to hammer it home so it’s dominated by us.
#SEEDINNOV would work, it matches their company handle @seedinnov, it matches the abbreviation of the company on LSE Seed Innov.
#SEEDINN is halfway between the two and in my opinion is just confusing.
213 million share in issue, looks to me as though it’s a small handful, say 5-10 people who have sold out small positions, 500k shares in total, give or take. Now if we started seeing multiple 500k block sells and the price dropping…I would probably feel my pulse raise a bit.
I can’t remember what happened to Chilston?
Cannabis play, not CBD play. Plenty of THC going on here!
For someone invested in a share focusing on cannabis, you have a dated view on its effects, although I know you were maybe only joking. I truly believe if you are not using cannabinoids as a therapeutic you’re missing out.
Let’s see if we have a large sell printed this evening. Could be a large fish reducing their holding. FFWD website shows holdings of the big guns as of April 2021. Does anyone know how often this is updated?
If we’re all being honest, which I think I usually am, I too will be selling a large percentage of my holding on the next SP rise. Hopefully that will be in the 20s at least. Been here over 3.5 years and hugely exposed due to averaging down. I do however have a belief that if they can turn this into a leading European cannabis fund then this ‘could’ be huge. The potential is massive over the next decade. Medical cannabis will be norm, legalisation around Europe is coming. Which is why I will leave a little chunk and then switch off, come back in 5-10 years.
