Topping up (or buying in) at 7 or 8p was surely wise, if this is to be 20p + in the coming weeks/months. Or should we just expect it to come crashing down every time it gets to 8p?

Stabilising around 4.50, rather than dropping back to high 3s/low 4s bodes well. Only way is up, or a little bit of sideways, from here.

What’s happening is horrendous, but as investors of said company, pointing out that cyber security could boom is fair enough, but maybe it could be done with less bad taste. If Dark’s technology is used to fight off Russian cyber attacks then great, we’re doing our bit. I’m going to buy more shares.

I’m pretty sure the lat pull down machine uses the latissimus dorsi muscles, which is a back muscle. To work out the shoulders you would need to do predominately pressing movements, whereas pulling works out the back muscles.
