@Barksy1 Best wishes to you and your husband from myself. You have always been a stalwart supporter
on this bb. Hope Frankie can use this milestone to post here as well.
As for vaccine whilst not giving my age away I have already been jabbed!
Enjoy your day.
@Obs Agreed EBITA for Amapa based on $61/t is way too low.
Interesting at AGM, KM was keen to play down current iron ore spot price by saying that this commodity
price has been very volatile over the last year or two and he did not want to overstate the estimate by
taking todays price. My guess is that some of the delay with bank creditors is due to iron ore price today.
May well be agreement in principle but there has to be an agreed figure or formula for repayment schedule.
My thoughts were similar when I saw RNS. BOD is raking together funds for stage 2 [27%]
of Amapa purchase. I guess on release of escrow $2.5m there will be moves to acquire
additional 7% for $3.5m pretty quickly.
Looks to me that announcement really is imminent this time!
Thanks for your research. I have been holder here since 2015. Original purchase at 20p would you believe!
Have been averaging down ever since. Previously holding in hope now with confidence.
Looking forward to future growth, at last, and a better 2021.
@Bannor I agree with you re resolution 5, however unlikely any votes against from PI's like us
will sway the issue unfortunately. I guess we can both remember the days of paper share transfers
with companies having "rights" issues and renounceable allotment letters. Happy days!
The upside to shareholders is that the company gets the placing monies virtually overnight and in
many cases PI's can buy in soon after at or near the placing sp. Holders of placing shares seem
happy to churn for a modest profit.
What do you reckon to the possibility of a large chunk of equity to be allocated to a jv partner in
the Amapa project? Better dilution than another CLN eh?
Excellent timing by Lombard Odier Asset Management. Sold holding of circa 17% equity
25th/26th October approx sp then around 4p. Cap Raise placing at 2p announced 13th Nov
Bought back as per TR1 today. Any question of insider information? No of course not.

I guess there could be further relaxation on AGM legislation. So far I have only seen reference to
31st Dec 2020 as a deadline, which means notice would have to be given tomorrow at latest.
Anyone seen guidance from UK Gov to extend further?
It is up to BOD to decide the date for any consolidation--not me.
See RNS re 5th June AGM Special Business:
To grant the Board the authority to consolidate the Company's ordinary share capital.---Passed!
Does not look as though it was made up then?
@SOYO, mrcautious, thanks for the plug---I am still here!
Last Spring I sold out completely on the basis that kdnc were not funded to withstand any delay,
which I expected, and said so here, in the bank negotiations. Have reinvested after the first cap
raise which redressed the situation, I now need 20p to cover losses but definitely will not sell at
that sp, assuming Amapa proceeds. I agree with Obs and others the outlook is very bullish.
Would not be surprised by further appeals/negotiation from bank consortium vis a vis the
dramatic increase in iron ore price thus giving the stockpile greater value in which they would
surely wish to share.
@Bannor thanks I missed that---- a single sentence in the report!
In terms of Brazilian geography Vila Nova is on the doorstep of Amapa.
Anyone know who the new owner is? Maybe they would wish to contribute to
port rehabilitation costs in return for a licence to use the facility for iron ore export.
It would be far more convenient, and I guess cheaper, for Vila Nova to use the private port at
Amapa when rehabilitated. Thus imv there will be co-operation between Dev and Eldorado
in sharing shipments of stockpiled ore until the private port is fully operational.
Makes commercial sense for both parties.
