I think this was organised to transfer PI shares to institutions, 68m traded yesterday, 18m today so far, if these numbers had happened on other days before the news it would have dropped a lot more.

Well BMO were miles out or it was a deliberate ploy to mislead investors. $80m raise was their calculation, I even quoted this to JM who stated it was just an estimate.

I think in this case we would have heard by now. But the company making the offer would certainly have to tell its shareholders about the offer and we would have found out that way.

If there were any serious takeover talks going on the company would have to inform the shareholders. Any offers already made can't have been good enough to be taken seriously.

More pie in the sky I see! Production in 2024, and they still need $1.3bn. They would fit right in with the Hzm management.

You can't compare sxx with hzm, the capex was about 5 times more for a start, and potash and nickel can't be compared.

£5.6m spent on right to access land.

During the year progress was made in the land acquisition process for the Araguaia project. The escrow deposit was paid to secure the ‘right of way’, these acquisitions amounted to £5.6million. £3.1million of the land and ‘right of way’ purchases is included in trade and other payables as at 30 September 2021.
