Can you imagine a labour government in power right now? I bet they are thinking thank God we lost the last election.

It's worth a punt at 5p, can't see them going bust when the owe 8 billion but you never know.

If there is another placing it will be get the gold out. News will come first which will increase the share price and they will probably get more money from MTR etc.

123m new shares on Monday being flipped.

I'm expecting a 10% drop on Monday when the new shares are added.

The area is 3 times bigger than GGP, this will be 10p before Christmas if Newcrest show some interest.

I think THR could negotiate a better deal than that, maybe a 50/50.
