Target Company GRL has potential for further development. The Persistence Gold Board is of the view that the

Yantai Mujin Mining Co., Ltd. is a key gold mining company based in Yantai City, Shandong Province, China. It operates three major underground gold mines—the Denggezhuang (DGZ) Mine, Chahe (CH) Mine, and Heiniutai (HH) Mine. The company is controlled by the Persistence Gold Group Ltd (formerly Persistence Resources Group) in conjunction with Majestic Yantai Gold Ltd.

On 1 March 2025, Persistence Gold and Majestic Yantai Gold Ltd. (BVI) together completed the acquisition of a 52% equity shares in Yantai Mujin Mining, officially becoming its controlling shareholder.

The Company strives to achieve sustainable growth to strengthen their leading position in the Shandong Province by exploiting their operational efficiencies and growth opportunities, further developing their existing assets and acquiring value-accretive assets in the PRC to substantially scale up their mining operations, gold concentrate processing operations and increase their gold reserves.

Broadband customers are taking advantage of the discounts being offered by Altnets ,once the discount period ends many i think will return to BT/EE , BT/Openreach does have the Main Network Fibre Infrastucture in the UK and that is paramount to BT'S success.
