no guarantee the moroccon licence will bring any uplift.

CHAR rises only to about cash balance. so at the moment, mcap CHAR is around the cash balance and no value being assigned to their several licence which are waiting for farm out, including their new morrocon assets.

the only thing that will bring uplift here is the farm out imho, but will have to wait a while wile Irish government discussing the new request to block any drilling in their water. potential farm in partners will be waiting for govrnment next move before committing themselves imho.

we have enough cash around £4 which should be enough while waiting for farm out. question now, what if suddenly BOR decided to venture elsewhere while waiting, such as taking other exploration licence. they can only do that if they raise further cash via placing in order to fund a new licence/

so, share price action pass few days looks like its being driven down (or perhaps someone is shorting), as if they know placing is coming.

so, not sure what to make of it.
